The Gym Plan

  • .Full Body Gym Plan with 3 weekly routines

  • The plan lasts 12 weeks but you can repeat it anytime

  • We will work every part of the body (upper and lower) with the main focus being always the glutes

  • The routines change every 4 weeks

  • You will need a short resistance band and a barbell pad

The app

To access the plan you will need to download a FREE app on your phone so that you always have your plan with you! This app includes:

  • Videos showing every exercise

  • Keep track of each exercise weight/reps

  • Keep track of your measurements and weight

  • Fitbit/MyFitnessPal/Apple Health integration

  • Offline mode so you can work out without internet

  • Upload your progress photos

  • Upload your meals/macros

  • Stopwatch timer during your workouts

  • Private chat with me

  • Pause your plan if you have exams/vacation

Before you buy

Keep in mind this is not a personalized program. So this plan does not include:

  • Online personalized coaching

  • Personalized meal plan

  • You cannot change the 3 day template within the app

  • If you have any medical condition keep in mind that the plan cannot be personalized

  • You cannot get a refund once you've started the program
