IS YOUR PLAN A PDF GUIDE?

Nope! I've followed PDFs in the past and I know first hand all of their inconveniences. You get my plan in a beautiful and interactive app. No more feeling alone while following an static pdf! You can message me anytime if you need help with any exercise! Plus you can track your progress, weights, reps, bodyweight, measurements, watch each exercise on video, track your steps, your foods, mark routines as done/skipped, you get a built-in timer, etc for LESS the price of 90% of the PDF guides I see on instagram.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO PAY?

The price you see on the guides are for 3 months so you just have to pay upfront ONCE!  You only have to pay again if you want to get another plan :)

03/

I'M A BEGINNER, WHICH PLAN SHOULD I CHOOSE?

If you prefer to work at home choose the Full Body (glute focused) at home guide and if you want to hit the gym choose the 3 month booty guide! In the gym guide sometimes I ask you to use a 'heavy' weight but this can mean 10kg for one person or 100kg for another so use the most convenient weight for you!

04/

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For the gym guide most of the equipment you need is found in regular commercial gyms (but if there's a machine you don't have available just message me to get an alternative)

For the home guide you don't need anything the first month but from month 2 you'll need resistance bands (long and short) and small weights you can do yourself.

I JUST PURCHASED YOUR PLAN, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

You will receive an email with an invitation to the app the day BEFORE you start (so it will always be on a Sunday). Once you're in the platform I suggest you fill all of the information about yourself and take progress photos before starting the following day.

06/

I CAN'T EXERCISE FOR A WEEK (OR MORE), WILL I LOSE MY PLAN?

If you're going on a trip/have your period/have your finals and want to take a little break you can either:

a) Start the plan all over again when you're free again

b) Continue where you left it

Just let me know and I'll rearrange your calendar for you (although you'll see how easy it is for you to arrange your calendar on the platform).

I DON'T HAVE X MACHINE AT THE GYM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There's always an alternative way to do an exercise so just message me and I'll give you an answer ASAP!

what happens after the 3 months?

You can start the plan all over again or get another plan. (I'm working on the booty plan part 2 hehe)

09/

how long are the routines?

Usually 40 min to 1 hour. Upper body routines are around 30 minutes.

10/

is there a food plan I can follow?

Not atm but I plan on creating a little Food Guide so you can learn to calculate your own calories/macros to reach your own goals along with some example meal plans.

will I lose or gain weight with your plan?

If you're on a calorie deficit you'll lose weight and if you're in a calorie surplus you'll gain weight.

12/

what if I'm sore or I can't work out on a specific day?

On all of my plans the usual split is Monday - Wednesday - Friday but you can really easily move the routines to the days you prefer. So if you can't work out on Monday you can move the routine to Tuesday or any other day.
